3C Control Tower Email Monitor
The purpose of the 3C Control Tower Email Monitor is to provide authorized merchants with read-only Gmail monitoring for payment operations. Operated by Bellarivia Limited, it detects settlement, payout, compliance, dispute, KYC, failure, and other action-required messages without requiring staff to manually check every mailbox.
What it does
Searches an authorized mailbox for payment-operations messages, classifies relevant events, prevents duplicate processing, and creates merchant-specific alerts and reminders for the operations team.
Permission requested
The service requests only gmail.readonly. It cannot send, delete, label, or modify email, and it does not retrieve attachments.
Who can connect
A mailbox is connected once by an authorized merchant administrator. Each connection is isolated to that merchant and can be paused or removed independently.
How Gmail data is used
The monitor accesses matching message metadata and relevant message text only to identify operational events, create alerts and reminders, support settlement reconciliation, and maintain an audit trail. Encrypted authorization credentials and bounded operational records are stored to keep the connection working securely. Gmail data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to determine creditworthiness.
Security and merchant isolation
OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Mailbox connections and processed records are assigned to the authorizing merchant, and portal access is limited by merchant and administrator permissions. Service providers may process data only as needed to operate infrastructure and deliver the merchant-authorized service.
Disconnecting and deleting data
A merchant administrator can pause or remove a mailbox connection in the 3C Control Tower portal. Access can also be revoked from the Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of connected-account or operational data, contact info@bellarivia.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal, security, and audit obligations.
